Agreement

These terms apply to your use of ITSecureOps (itsecureops.com). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Questions go to contact@itsecureops.com.

Who runs this site

ITSecureOps is an independent publication operated from India by its publisher. It is not yet incorporated as a company. When a registered entity is in place, this page will name it along with its registration details.

What this site is

ITSecureOps publishes independent research about IT and security software: reviews, comparisons, pricing pages, buyer guides and news. Pages are based on vendor documentation, published pricing, independent audits and practitioner reports, and each article lists its sources and the date they were checked.

Our pages are general information for IT buyers. They are not legal, security, compliance, financial or procurement advice, and they are not a substitute for your own evaluation. Verify anything that affects a purchase, a contract or a security decision with the vendor and with your own advisers.

Accuracy and changes

Software changes constantly. Prices, plan limits, features and certifications can change the day after we check them, so every page carries the date its information was verified. We correct mistakes when we find them or when someone reports one: see the corrections page. We do not promise that the site is error free, complete or current, and we may change or remove any page at any time.

Independence and commercial relationships

Vendors cannot buy rankings, scores, verdicts or shortlist positions, and they do not see or approve pages before publication. If a page carries an affiliate link, sponsorship or other paid relationship, that page says so where it applies. Our research methodology explains how pages are produced.

Using our content

The text, structure, tables, data compilations and design of this site belong to ITSecureOps unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organization's internal use, and you may quote short extracts if you credit ITSecureOps and link to the page you took them from.

You may not republish substantial parts of the site, resell our content, or use it to train models or build a competing dataset without written permission. Automated access must respect our robots.txt and must not disrupt the service.

Product names and trademarks

Product names, company names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them for identification and commentary only. Coverage does not imply any relationship with, or endorsement by, the vendor.

Links to other sites

We link to vendor pages, documentation, standards bodies, regulators and press coverage so you can check our sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITSecureOps is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, procurement decisions or contract terms, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your responsibilities

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not submit false, unlawful or infringing material through our contact form.
• Do not present our research as your own or as vendor-approved.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer in another country, this does not remove any protection that the mandatory law of your own country gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
