• Inclusion in any review, comparison, or category roundup
• Higher placement in rankings
• Removal of negative coverage
• Pre-publication review of unfavorable content
• Withholding of any factual finding

2. Sponsored content disclosure

We accept paid guest posts and paid link insertions. When we publish sponsored content:

• The post carries a clearly visible “Sponsored” label at the top, per FTC 16 CFR Part 255
• All outbound links use rel="sponsored" per Google Search Central guidelines
• Sponsored content never appears in our editorial review section
• Sponsored content cannot reference, cite, or attempt to influence our reviews

3. Sourcing & fact-checking

Every factual claim in a review is sourced from one of:

• Direct hands-on testing by our team
• Official vendor documentation (publicly available)
• SEC filings, official press releases, or regulatory disclosures
• Named customer interviews (with permission) or anonymized practitioner feedback (clearly labeled)
• Reputable third-party research (Gartner, Forrester, IDC — cited inline)

Claims based on a single anonymous source are explicitly labeled. Speculation is labeled as such.

4. AI disclosure

We use AI tooling in our editorial workflow for: research synthesis, draft outlining, fact-checking against source documents, and copy editing. Every published article is reviewed, fact-checked, and finalized by a human editor. We do not publish unreviewed AI-generated content.

5. Corrections policy

We make mistakes. When we do:

• Material factual errors trigger an inline correction notice at the top of the affected article
• Corrections are dated and describe what changed
• Significant corrections to ranked positions trigger a full re-review
• Submit corrections to corrections@itsecureops.com

6. Conflict of interest

Our writers disclose any direct financial relationship (equity, employment within the prior 24 months, advisory roles) with any vendor they cover. If a writer has a material conflict, they recuse from that review.
